Firstly, I would like to thank Andrew Simpson for his patience. We held 3 open homes to find the right tenant and I cannot fault Andrew, he elevates the standard and is a true gentleman. Where do I start? He is easy to like and very knowledgeable with his market knowledge and has outstanding communication skills with a personalised approach. He is genuine and efficient and reliable, a truly good operator, he didn't miss a thing. Andrew was very helpful in selecting the right price to rent and guided me through the process, making recommendation/ suggestion was to cull some of my items on open day so the home was not too cluttered and making those minor repairs. I prepared with a council clean up and removed 30% of my plants. I am more than happy with the service and outcome and did my research prior to engaging Ray White Ashfield as their pricing was competitive with good reviews. I do make the suggestion they start their own version of Luxe Listings Sydney for the Inner West.
